About Living Costs? |

At
The Horizon we help you know how much the living expenses
will be and also reveal the opportunities available to cope
with such extra costs. In fact, cost of living in the European
Segment will be Euro 500 approx. and in USA it will be 500$
approx. per month. Other countries it will be relatively less. |
| Will
there be any accomodation problem? |

Usually
the university will take care of initial arrangement either
in residence halls or with the host families. After the initial
jostle, the students are expected to find their own individual
accommodation as per their capacity. |
| How
about the Scholarships and Internships? |
| |
The
concept of scholarships do exist for some meritorious but
for them student has to approach the appropriate government
and get it sanctioned which may take nearly one year. In some
cases, the student may get bursaries i.e. an exemption discount
in the fee, which may range upto10% to 20% of the tuition
fee. However except in the case of government/ federal universities,
very few private or autonomous institutes offer any kind of
assistantships. But every student will be allowed to work
for 20 hours per week (in most of the countries) during the
period of studies, after seeking the permission from the appropriate
authority. |

about the opportunities to settle down? |

Most
of the countries are quite liberal in issuing work permits
after the successful completion of the relevant course and
have their own norms for settling down. |
